We had another very successful Shiawassee River Clean-up this past weekend.  Beecher, Kaitlyn, myself, and a couple of ELGA members participated this year. The waters levels were so low we were able to retrieve a lot more trash this year than past years.  It was a beautiful day and the weather was perfect.  After 6 hours of cleaning up trash and removing branches and logs everyone was ready to stop.  It was very rewarding and I feel very accomplished, plus the river looks great! We are looking forward to doing this again next year!
