It was a beautiful, yet chilly December 1st morning for the 2018 Annual Light Up Lapeer Parade to kick off the Christmas season. Over 20 cheery ELGA associates and their families showed up to walk in the Charlie Brown themed parade. Charlie Brown himself showed up to walk with ELGA, along with his pals Linus, Lucy, Snoopy and Woodstock! Some of the kiddos stayed warm and comfortable on the hay trailer, greeting & waving to parade bystanders, while several others walked along and handed out candy. All proceeds from the parade benefit the Holiday Depot, which provides gifts and holiday meals for Lapeer County families. Enjoy some photos from the event!
