XpressLink 2.0 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Bill Pay / eStatements / Drop Down Menus are NOT Showing.

If screens do not show, or say “loading” but nothing happens, you need to check to make sure that your Pop Up Blocker is disabled. This is for all computers and all devices. Not sure how to turn off your Pop Up Blocker? This site from Berkeley Labs shows how to turn it off for the most popular browsers. Click here.

My history doesn’t show.

We were not able to get account history to come over to the new system. If you were signed up for eStatements, all of your history will be in these files. If there are specific items you’d like information on, please stop by any branch for a print out or call our member services team. We want to make sure you get the information you need.

How do I change account names?

From inside of XpressLink, please go to Settings from the top tabs and then choose Account from the menu bar below the tabs. There you can set up new pseudo names for the accounts. You must be listed as Primary on the account to change the name.

Mobile Banking TEXT messages aren’t working.

If you were using Mobile Text Banking prior to the conversion please text ELGA STOP to 21443. Next, you  need to go to https://my.mshift.com/sms/elgaculinkpage.html in order to re-register your phone with your new Xpresslink username and password. Once you complete these two steps, text banking will work again.

How do I set up Quick Books and Quicken Downloads?

Please visit our Forms page here to download the Quicken and Quick Books Conversion documents. These will help you set yourself up for the appropriate download for your needs.

Please note that there is a monthly charge for using the Quick Books and Quicken Downloads. The charge for the Quick Books download is $3 and $5 for Quicken. 

If you use Mint and Quicken, you will be charged $5 monthly for the Quicken download.
