This upgrade has allowed us to make changes to our ELGA Platinum, Business, and HELOC VISA credit cards which will allow the cards to be viewed and paid on XpressLink Online Banking. As part of this change, all credit cardholders will be receiving a new card and card number in July. There are six simple actions you will need to take to make sure you are ready to start using your new ELGA VISA credit card. Make sure ELGA has your correct address, email address, and phone number! Look for your new card in the mail after July 7th. You can activate the card as soon as you receive it, but cannot start using it until July 28th. Look for your new PIN in the mail. You can use this pin to take a cash advance from the card at any ATM. On July 28th you may start using your NEW VISA card. At that time your old card will no longer work. After July 28th set up your payment for the new card through XpressLink. Set up any reoccurring payments (ex. gym membership, utility payment, etc.) with your new card number. On July 28th all VISA information will be located in XpressLink Online Banking. You will be able to: View purchases Easily make payments by transferring from any of your ELGA accounts Transfer funds from your VISA to your ELGA accounts More information will be coming to your mailbox in the next few weeks!
